I have had the most amazing time I could have imagined here at the project. Ruby and Dimi are such lovely hosts and I felt immediately welcomed by them and the other volunteers as well as the chef, Jade who is the loveliest and the best chef! The garden was such a magic place to be working in and having the dogs company there was the cutest. It's a perfect location for a worldpackers to be able to explore the nearby towns and sights and also to just enjoy time spent at the project. This was my first worldpackers and I would highly recommend this for a first experience!

The project was a much loved experience far from what I expected.Even though it has not been running many years, Ruby & Dimi have built a wonderful retreat center with assistance of amazing people (& dogs xD). The second you step onto the property it feels like a new world but with the glimps of home in every corner you look. This atmosphere is also amplified by the amazing work Jade does for providing, not only tasty food on the table, but she puts her soul into gathering us volunteers around the fuel that makes us extra motivated to help out & return the favor (also respected workinghours)

My experience at the project was truly amazing, so far the best volunteering I've done in Worldpackers. Ruby was a really fun and open host and alongside the rest of the team made us feel like part of the family all times. The place is beautiful, felt like living in a fairytale and the accommodations were super comfortable. The work was very diversified, and they were able accommodate us in the tasks that we felt more comfortable with. Communication was always open and honest. I helped with social media and photography but also spend a lot of time in the kitchen which I really enjoyed 🥰

Wow! How much I enjoyed my time at the project. First of all, the house and its surroundings are all fairy-tale like, I couldn't get enough of the beauty. In addition, I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food Jade puts on the table every day, what a treat. I mainly worked in the garden here and what a lot I learnt, it was amazing. The hosts and permanent staff working in and around the house are all super sweet and very helpful, you are in good hands. I can honestly say that this has been one of the best months of my life, what an experience! Thank you very much team the project <3

The time i've spent in the project was simply amazing. The house is beautiful and very well located, the food is great and the hosts Dimi and Ruby are incredible and very helpful, always making sure that all the volunteers were comfortable. Work could be hard sometimes (as it is a big house), but nothing we couldn't handle. I can't leave a review without a shoutout to Billy, Squeaky and Marley, the cutest dogs who live there. It was the perfect first experience with worldpackers, I'll definitely recommend it!

I was actually only supposed to stay here for 3 weeks, but here I am, sitting in their beautiful garden, writing this review. Ruby and Dimi are amazing hosts. I feel very welcomed and safe. They also make sure, that you're having a great time while being there. The food is AMAZING and the workers are all really friendly. Regardless for what position you apply, you should definitely bring a pair of clothes that can get dirty, because you'll have to help with a lot of different tasks too. But the tasks are easy and mostly really enjoyable. It's the perfect 1. Worldpackers experience for me! 🌼

Love the project and Ruby and Dimi are incredible hosts. I immediately felt welcomed and it's such a beautiful place. You have a lot of time for yourself but at the same time the work is fun and flexible. Would always come back.

My time at the project was very nice, Jade and Trish were super friendly in getting me settled and organising the stay of the volunteers. It was really quiet and not busy, we worked usually 9:00-12:00 and then after lunch until 14:30. In the afternoon you can chill at the pool or take the bikes. On my days off I went to Toulouse, Carcassonne and Montpellier. You get all three meals and they are delicious! On thing is that the dorm where volunteers sleep is not great, as you're not closed off from the outside, it gets very cold and full of bugs. The shared bathrooms were also quite dirty.

My experience at the project was amazing, I learned from every friend I made and of course from Ruby and Dimi, I connected with nature and traveled near by a lot thanks to the flexibility. The work are easy tasks and the working hours are usually respected, it depends on how full the hotel is gonna be, all of us were always willing to help if they needed an extra hand. Although I had a great experience the dorms need a little more developing and I would've liked a heads up on the vegetarian diet, if you're not a vegetarian bring some supplements with you so your body doesn't shuts down. :)
