The experience

Hello travelers!
This is a homestay on my yard, which is one of the homesites on the 160 acre Paradise Valley Landtrust. We need help to build or assist with building a wrap around covered deck, shed, or outhouse. Depending on where the project is at.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Beginner English

Over 18 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Activities & Shift

As I am in the early stages of developing this homesite, there is finishing work to do on the main house, and the construction of sheds and roof overhangs, decks etc. There are no set shifts, but rather a make your own hours situation.
