My stay at the guest house was beyond amazing. The host is understanding, collaborative, and extremely generous. The weekly schedule is clear and organized so that we are achieving the correct hours. I would highly recommend this stay for those who are detail oriented and enjoy cleaning. Not only was the entire family + house cleaners lovely, but meeting guests from around other parts of England and brightening their day with the rental tours was so fun. If I ever had questions, I always felt comfortable to ask and the host tries his best to make the stay extremely comfortable. I will 100% come back!

I had a wonderful experience at the guest house! The place is amazing, you have everything you need and Yaz is always willing to help You feel comfortable if anything is missing. Yaz is such a great host, very generous, kind and always creating and transforming the place into something magical for the guests. The work is on weekends mostly, when the guests usually come, but You have plenty of time to discover Oxford and the sorroundings. The family dinners are also a very nice time to share with Yaz's family, I hope to come back again and take a look of all the improvements in the rentals! ✨

I had an amazing experience at the guest house! The rentals are stunning, and hosts Yaz and Noemi made us feel right at home from the very start with their warm hospitality. This vibe of belonging truly enhanced our stay. Pauline and Joanna were also fantastic, providing guidance and support that helped us feel comfortable in our roles. Their patience really allowed us to learn and grow. Plus, the scenery is absolutely breathtaking! I can't recommend the guest house enough for anyone looking to volunteer in a beautiful spot with a fantastic team.

I spent two months with Yaz and his family, and it was an amazing experience. They made us feel like part of the family, inviting us to join them for dinners and movie nights. Joanna and Pauline were always kind and helpful, Alex was great with any maintenance tasks, and Noemi made sure we had everything we needed. The work schedule was fair, and the tasks were easy to handle. Plus, we could use the pool and jacuzzi when the guests weren't around. The accommodation was comfortable with private rooms, a shared kitchen, and a nice outdoor space. I highly recommend it!

We stayed two months with Yaz and his family and we had an amazing time! The family was so welcoming and made us feel like we were a part of their family, we joined them for movie nights and dinners together. They were some of the most generous people we have ever met, we were allowed to use the facilities whenever there were no guests. The working hours were very fair and the work was definitely doable, working with the rest of the crew was always fun! The accommodation was nice, we had private rooms as well as a kitchen area, a shared bathroom and a lovely outdoor seating area.

We stayed here for 2 months and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We felt absolutely comfortable and at home, Yaz and his family are lovely people to be around, very generous and open and we really were part of the family. It was a wonderful time we were able to have because of them. The property is very big and they have a lot of facilities you are also allowed to use if no guests are there. It is next to two nature reserve parks and a 45min/1h journey to Oxford Centre. We 100% would recommend this experience, in my opinion you cannot find a better place, we LOVED it!!

I absolutely had a blast here at the guest house! I intended on staying for only a month and ended up extending my stay to three months. The property is so gorgeous, nestled next to a county park for easy access to hiking and walking in the woods. You are about a hour from Oxford but the journey never seems that long. The family, cleaning crew, and the builders on the property are all very welcoming people and everyone helps each other out. The environment of the property is like a little ecosystem with many moving parts and I enjoyed being part of the process.

I was here for 3 months, which is a long stint but it was lovely! I felt a part of the family, and when the new Worldpackers came, we had fun playing tennis and baking dishes from our home countries to share with the whole crew. I came as a stranger, and I'm leaving feeling like family. 11/10 recommend this experience to others, and especially if you have remote work to do, it will be accommodating. Also, they're so generous; if you want a nice weekend or day trip to London, they offer up their gorgeous central London flat to stay in for free—just an absolutely incredible experience.
