Program Details

The program largely depends on the season and the weather. When the weather is good, more people visit the farm, making it busier—just like during holiday periods.

On busy days, we follow a more structured schedule since we work with a larger team. When it's quieter, we have the flexibility to organize tasks as we see fit. During busy times, there is more cleaning and a lot of bar work. On quieter days, we focus on gardening, organizing the area, and other general tasks.

Because of these variations, it’s difficult to define a "typical" day in advance.

Activities & Shift

Bar work is busiest during holidays and peak times, depending on how crowded the campsite is. That’s why we maintain a flexible schedule and adjust shifts accordingly. You’ll never work alone—you're always part of a team, making the job more enjoyable and ensuring plenty of laughter!

We expect everyone to give 100% effort to support the team and complete tasks. A proactive attitude is essential—no room for laziness! 😉

On working days, you may be scheduled for two shifts, such as one task in the morning and another in the afternoon.

Activities and shifts include:

Bar shifts
Baking pizzas
Gardening (when it's not busy)
Housekeeping
Helping to organize the campsite (when it's not busy)
Cleaning the sanitary facilities twice a week

Rules

We are very flexible with working hours and days—there are no strict schedules or rules. If you need a few days off, that’s no problem! We go with the flow. Important is that we clean the sanitary together (this is a fixed thing during the season).

We do ask you to stay flexible with tasks and any unexpected changes. Experience has taught us that life on a farm doesn’t always go as planned—things can turn out completely different from the schedule! 🙂

Most importantly, feel free to share your preferences. That way, we can make sure everyone is comfortable and working in a way that suits them best.
