This volunteering experience will make monumental shifts in your psyche and level of discipline and endurance. The mind is to be tamed and trained and I have had no better teacher than Amrit himself. Prepare to immerse yourself in amazing home cooked vegan meals. I still froth just thinking of our morning buckwheat flour pancakes, apple cinnamon puree and figs for breakfast, preceded by a thrilling kundalini yoga flow and meditation. Us two were working on a palatable cobin (a hut design inspired by Michael Cobalot.) The waves and beaches are unlike any I've seen before.

This is a very immrsive experience, you spend your days surrounded by the nature, and quietness. The perfect environment to dive into the beautifull meditations and kundalini yoga in the early morning. Work is reasonable and satisfying. Amrit is a very special person he made me feel at home from the first moment. I learned a lot from him. Also the Ashram environment was really friendly.

An amazing experience between different cultures and people, where you can learn about life, and Kundalini Yoga and spirituality experience, all of this living on the Land with nature and wellness of a quiet local and comfortable cabin(or tent). The spirituality and religiosity that Amrit experiences makes me understand more about why I was able to live this wonderful experience of putting my external work into practice was exchanging for internal learning myself through daily practices and everything that Amrit shares of his personal learning. I don't have enogh words to discribe how greatfull I am for ending up in Amrits Land. I really wouldn't care if I had to work more hours or the place wasn't that good even if the food wasn't that great just to have Amrit as a kundelini teacher again, but the case IS that on top of having Amrit guiding you and teaching you the rest IS great as well. I highly recomend this home. Sat Nam Ji🙏✨❤️

I found this experience really fullfiling because it combined the tranquility of being surrounded by nature, learn about eco-building and sharing the Sikh philosophy and religion. I had the chance to be part of the welcoming Sikh community and be part of their activities like chants and Kundalini yoga. Amrit's place was a great place for me to meet new people and at the same time engage and explore myself through guided meditations and fulfiling and engaging conversations. Thanks Amrit for always being present in every conversation and sharing your point of view about life and spirituality.

Words are insufficient to describe my experience with Amrit and Kundalini yoga teachings and meditations. The days spent in this place were a blessing for my life and an opportunity to grow spiritually, mentally, and physically. I stayed at a peaceful and sweet cabin in the wild, doing some painting, carpentry, and cleaning but nothing extreme. I recommend volunteering this experience if you want a journey into yourself and kundalini yoga teachings. I surely know it would make a difference in your life. Amrit and his partner Rasjot are great human beings.

It's my first time to work through worldpackers abroad and simply I could say it was such epic, fabulous, joyful and outstanding experience I have ever had. It was great honour and pleasure to work with Amrit. I was also lucky to meet his kind and friendly wife who was responsible for the voulnteers at the Kundalini Yoga the Center in the town. I was inspired by the atmosphere there, people and the practice itself was really tremendous. Amrit has taught me many things indeed and I am thankful for him endlessly. It's unfortunate that days pass so quick. Looking forward to meeting you Amrit.

Amrit has been an amazing host. He always made sure that my stay was comfortable. He is a very interesting person to talk to, which we did a lot. I went to yoga and chanting. That was new experience for me, but I liked it a lot. After all, we all "worldpack" for that exact reason – to gain new and memorable experiences, and Amrit offers just the place for that. I met there another volunteer – a girl from Switzerland, and we used to talk a lot and share our stories. That made the working hours fly by. On weekends I went to nearby towns, Sintra and Ericeira, to enjoy the ocean.
