Activities & Shift

In this position you'll be responsible for the cleanliness and the welcoming atmosphere in our accommodations and facilities. Besides that, you'll help out in the garden, so you can expect some outdoor work like cutting back trees, weeding and mowing. Tasks vary from day to day, depending on the season, time of day and current projects. We basically have everyone working in all areas and we rotate a lot.

Morning Shift: (for example)

10:00-12:00 cleaning the reception, the sanitary rooms and the accommodations if needed.
12:00-13:00 lunch break
13:00-16:00 gardening, moving lawn, DIY Projects...etc.

We can't and don't always want to be behind you and supervise you, in our company everyone works almost on their own and independently, looking for work, making decisions about what is more important at the moment.
