Thanks so much to the hostel team :) This is quite a large hostel, so the work can be a bit demanding, but totally manageable, and the staff will help when they can. While we had a few issues with scheduling during my stay, they were unavoidable and not the hostels fault, and they were so helpful in trying to get them sorted. And when I had to leave early, they were very understanding and supportive. Thank you again, all the best!

I had a good time at the the hostel, because the city is beautiful and the other volunteers were super nice. But like other comments said aswell, it is badly organized, you're not in contact with any of the managers and you won't get like at introduction to the work you do, you just do it or ask the other volunteers. The hostel is right in the centre of the city which is cool, but it's very loud because of traffic and the people (it's a party hostel). The working hours are fine though and you finish earlier a lot of the time, so I'd still recommend it!

The overall experience was positive, allowing me to meet people from different parts of the world, creating meaningful bonds and discovering the beautiful city of Seville. However, I believe that the organisation and management of the volunteers could be improved. There is a lack of a fixed contact person to whom one can turn for problems or guidance on the work, and the distribution of tasks among the eight volunteers is not always fair. I would like to thank the bar staff (Isa, Mati and Nico), and the cleaning ladies, who are always willing to help us and create a pleasant atmosphere.

My experience at the hostel was unforgettable, mainly thanks to the volunteers and hostel staff (the bartenders and the cleaners) who made my experience worthwhile. At the hostel it is a team effort for the volunteers. The leaders do not deal with the volunteers too much except to ask for their help. One area for improvement is definitely communication with the volunteers. More commitment on the part of the leaders in welcoming new volunteers would make the environment more pleasant. Anyway, many thanks to all the people with whom I shared and teamed up. You are absolutely amazing! <3

Well the hostel, here I met people that I'd remember of because there is no other way, and discovered things on myself because there is not a single day that was meaningless. I am grateful for the place, the people, the time, the possibility I had to sing there. L'amitiƩ, beaucoup. Thanks to the caring and funny people who worked there and put love in the place. I would have liked their talent to have been better recognized. Son magia. The tasks and the management of volunteers should be improved through more care. Welcoming and more attention would be a good thing. Thank you the hostel.

Hola! the the hostel was a wonderful place to stay. i enjoyed the volunteer quarters and comfortable accommodation & separate refrigerator away from the common kitchen, a nice bonus! our tasks were not difficult and you are given two shifts that have the possibility to be very social, the bar & breakfast shifts, which i enjoyed the most. we receive 50% discounts on everything + free activities! this hostel is so cool and equipped with a rooftop pool, stocked bar, and a very friendly staff! working alongside the cleaning staff ladies was a joy as they're hard workers & help the volunteers

Volunteering in the hostel palace has been a nice experience for me. The work is easy and very little hours leaving you with a ton of free time. The staff is large and nice and there are always 6-8 volunteers . One thing that can be improved is communication and explaining what you need to do in a clear way. Over all I would definitely recommend this experience for volunteers who want to visit Seville.

I've had an amazing time at the hostel and ended up extending. It's a vibrant and social hostel, where you can have lots of fun with both guests and the crew consisting of internationals and locals. The hostel is very clean with great facilities (terrace, equipped kitchen, hot showers, cosy common areas with sofa, tv, ping pong table, pool etc.) The team dorm is comfortable with sufficient wardrobe space for everybody. The team is very welcoming making you feel like a part of the family right away. The work is fun and chill, you gain work experience with multiple tasks as the shifts vary.

Had a blast here really recommend it to everyone looking to meet new people and have a class time . Work was straightforward and stress free and the city itself never gets old. Cheers rob
