The Center is the perfect place to disconnect from your daily life. I spent 3 weeks surrounded by nature and immersed in Romanian culture. I had a lot of time with Mamaia, a really nice and strong women that impressed me everyday. You'll learn a lot of romanian with her but don't be afraid to show off your character because she can be a bit impressive:) Eqydo is the freedom of doing what we want, so I had no specific schedule. My working hours depending from one week to another. Also if you want to have some meditation don't forget to ask, as we can't join retreat classes. Thank you Mirel ! 🧘♀

Volunteering at the Center feels like being part of a family. Mamaia, Mirel's mother, was a highlight with her strong yet sweet personality and her willingness to connect despite language barriers. Also I had an amazing time with my fellow volunteers. I found the arrival a bit confusing because the Worldpackers description didn't match reality; there are no set work or rest hours, and tasks are unclear, among other things. Mirel explained that their system follows Eqyido: do what you want, when you want, in your own way. The family is very generous and open. I'm truly grateful for the experience!

If you want to take some time to reconnect with yourself or with nature this is the right experience for you. The people inside the center will know how to welcome you and make you feel at home. You can always ask when you need help and it's the perfect way to get in touch with the local culture.

Hemos aprendido mucho. Tendrás tiempo para contribuir a mejorar el proyecto pero también para buscar en tu interior. Es una estancia que ofrece un equilibrio sostenible para un primer voluntariado. Me llevo experiencias inolvidables.
