The farm is a special place. It was my first ever volunteering experience and definitely didn't disappoint. Elena, Toni and Marino as well as their family and friends make sure you're very well taken care of and feel at home from the very first moment. You get a lot of trust and freedom to work with the horses (and do amazing rides) next to the other work that needs to be done, and will be included in lots of activities outside the farm. The horses are all amazing and I've learned so much over the past month. I miss it already and hope to be back soon, Hvala! ♥️

If you're a person that likes to be in touch with nature and animals, you will love the farm! The owners put all their heart in the farm and it really shows - they create a beautiful environment for people and animals and deeply care about the wellbeing of everyone🥰 The communication with the hosts is very open, Elena, Marino and Toni are easily approachable and the farm will feel like home faster than you know🥰 The work hours are really reasonable and pass by fast. All in all, I would definitely recommend the farm and would love to be back;)

The farm really is a special place with amazing people and wonderful animals. I felt very welcomed from the very beginning and you can really tell that Elena, Marino and the whole family care so much for the well-being of the animals. They will also make sure that you feel comfortable at all times and will never make you do something you don't feel good with. It's really impossible to not like them! There will definitely always be something to do on the farm, but it's so much fun to work with the horses and so worth it! Definitely looking forward to come back one day! Thank you so much❤️

I'm so glad i had an opportunity to volunteer at the farm! I truly felt like a part of family and like a friend.❤️ I met amazing people, and had many chances to explore beautiful Istria. Working with horses was every horse enthusiast dream - you get to lead tours and have many chances to work with young ones. I wish I could stay longer! Originally i wanted to stay for only 2 weeks but it became one month:) Not only the location is amazing, but anyone involved is trying their best to make your stay as amazing as possible, taking you along on trips and events with the family. In the beginning I had some problems but it only proved that if you are willing to put effort into your stay, Elena, Toni and Marino are concerned to solve them as quickly as possible. I can recommend the farm to anyone that is ready to have a lot of exhausting but very fun work with horses and international tourists! Hvala for this amazing time❤

I didn't know that it could get even better but it did! This was my 2nd time at the farm and once again not my last.😉You are welcomed as a family member and included like a friend. The work is rewarding and every horse persons' dream: you get to ride everyday and develop your skills while working with young horses. Especially in summer every week is different and you get so many chances to explore Istria! Leaving now was the hardest but I know I will come back - to my 2nd home! 🫶🏻 Thanks to all of you and also thanks to my wee lads for making this summer unforgettable ❤️

There's definitely something special about a place that so many volunteers keep coming back to. the farm feels like home, and the people there make you a part of their family. The hosts always try to improve the experience for the volunteers, and care about you. There are also many opportunities to explore Istria! Everyone at the farm works hard, and you need to be capable around horses and willing to work more than the hours stated. However, the work is very rewarding and you can ride or train daily. At first I planed to stay one month, at the end I stayed two and I definitely will go back. I think this tells everything about my experience at the farm! I had an unforgettable time with all the animals and people. You feel welcomed from the first time and you are treated like a family member. The work didn't feel like work, when you love horses and do it with passion. So thank you Elena, Marino and Toni for all experiences and the incredible time. Thank you Karolina for the best meals, and Mario for all the jokes. the farm definitely became my second Home! 🤍 See you all soon!

I spent a month at the farm, and it was one of the best travel experiences I've had so far. The team is incredibly welcoming and it was obvious that they wanted their volunteers to feel at home. The days could be quite long but the work was very enjoyable, especially if you love horses and working around/with them. the farm and the surrounding areas were absolutely stunning! I had a great experience and would definitely the farm to others!
