We are looking for a Social Worker to help us with Child Mentoring
The experience
Child Mentoring, counselling, inspiring and building.
As a Community Based Organisations, and working with children with disabilities. A social Worker is charged with family visit, and following up to see that children with disabilities are having fair treatment both at school and their families.
We have project child days at the project through which the volunteers and the project staff share, mentor and inspire children with disabilities.
What you offer
20 hours of help per week
Social Work:
Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.
What you get
5 days off per week
Private Room:
You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch:
You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Dinner:
You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.
Free Laundry:
You can use our laundry room freely.

You can use our bikes any time you want.

We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Beginner English
Between 18 and 75 years old
Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Activities & Shift
The day starts with personal exercise (optional) and by 8:00am we have morning tea as we get ready to start the day.
With your volunteer Attendant, you set out for field visits to the families of children with disabilities, the local leaders and other neighbouring schools as per the activity schedule of the programme being implemented.
Field work takes four hours and then you return to the project for the activity report and refreshing.
