Help us at the Bar & Make La Paz Come Alive!
The experience
Join our team in La Paz and help us keep the party vibes alive! You’ll support the bar, serve drinks and food, and bring the fun to our games and themed events. On your days off, explore the colorful culture of Bolivia—from lively markets and street art to incredible adventures. High energy, new friends, and unforgettable nights guaranteed!
What you offer
28 hours of help per week
Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.
Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.
What you get
3 days off per week
Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.
Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Discounts on Restaurants: Get discounts at nearby restaurants.
Discounts on Drinks: Get discounts for drinks and beverages from our bar.
Get free drinks or beverages.: Drink up! Get free and tasty drinks for yourself.
Free Parties: Get free entrance for the best parties in town.
Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.
Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely
Requirements
Intermediate English
Between 18 and 30 years old
Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)
Be from outside Bolivia
What's not included

Our volunteer program is all about keeping the high-energy vibes alive in the heart of La Paz! You’ll help at the bar, chat with guests, and bring fun energy to our parties, games, and themed events. It’s the perfect mix of helping out, meeting people from around the world, and enjoying the colorful culture of Bolivia. Join us and help create unforgettable nights above the clouds!
