The experience

We run a small guesthouse (7 rooms) in the the middle of a ski area. (144 piste km) We offer breakfast and dinner and we can use your help in winter! We are looking for someone to help with the daily routine. Breakfast, housekeeping, cleaning, serving, contact with our guest, etc. Or you help in the morning or in the evening so there will be enough time left for skiing or snowboarding!
Important to know, our dog, Joep is always around!

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Fluent English or Fluent German

Between 18 and 32 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

You will be part of our little, 2 person-team. It depends on the amount of guests staying with us what the jobs are in a day. Each week we will talk together about which days are the days off and which day you work in the morning or in the evening. This may vary.

Activities & Shift

6.30-11.30 prepare & serving breakfast, cleaning breakfast room, doing the dishes. contact with the guests
8.00-13.00 cleaning breakfast room, cleaning rooms, contact with the guests
16.00-21.00 helping in the kitchen, serving, doing the dishes, contact with the guests
