The experience

Persons with intellectual disabilities are not valued in the community, they should live their lives with dignity.
After the intensive training, individuals can start their own business plans and be role models to others.
To create An Inclusive, Self-Sustaining, and Eco-Friendly Farm for People with Intellectual Disabilities


What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Animal Care: Help look after and take care of animals.

Social Work: Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.

Farming: Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens


What you get

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.

Dance classes: Take free dance classes at our place.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Holistic Therapies: You can take part in any of our therapeutic activities for free.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Beginner English or Intermediate English

Under 55 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

We are providing Integrated Organic Farm Training for Persons with Disabilities in our farm.
Our farm area is 10 acres (4.01 hectares) with a water facility.


Activities & Shift

Land preparation for plantation.
Planting vegetables, fruits, and flowers.
Different types of irrigation to the plants.
Broomstick, Thatches from Coconut leaves.
Preparation of natural manure and pesticides
Caring and feeding the farm animals and chickens.
Pre-harvesting at harvesting after harvesting techniques.
Watering, Manuring, and weeding for farmland and nursery.
Marketing excess of green leaves, vegetables, and other items.
Collection of herbal leaves.
