The experience

*wanting helper for 20thJune -5thJuly*

Driving . An International Driving Permit is required *
Cleaning floors/cleaning dishes.
Helping around in the house.
Sometimes babysitting (taking our son to school/ park/ playground).
*If possible, the helper will be going to Hokkaido with us from kyoto, we will explain details in video interview*


What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Child Care: Caring for, playing with, and spending time with children.


What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.


Requirements

Fluent English

Between 20 and 40 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

European Union Passport

United States visa or citizenship


What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa


Program Details

Valid International Driving Permit in Japan is a must.
You will have you own room at the 2nd floor. Bedroom here is tatami floor with futons, we sure that you can enjoy the atmosphere of the traditional Japan here. We don’t have bathtub only shower, is suggested to go the Sento nearby.


Activities & Shift

It is necessary to have a huge flexibility and a fine sensitivity to the needs of the place.

We believe punctuality reflects professionalism and attention to detail.
Please be on time and arrive at work and start your shift at a designated time, finish your tasks by the deadline.

No smokers please. No perfume. No couples. No tattoo.

Here is a business formal environment that smart casual is the dress code in the house. For ladies please wear trousers on work day.
