The experience

Welcome to Cat Ba Papillon, here are the responsibilities of a volunteer:
-Serve breakfast and dinner (make coffee and tea)
-Meet and greet new guests
-Check in the costumers when needed
-Be a tour guide, be helpful, promote the local tours
-Talk to costumers to make sure they are happy and good review

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Requirements

Intermediate English

Between 19 and 70 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

7:00 -9:000 Service breakfast and check out or the guest going tours
9;00 -16h free
and 16: 00 Advisor, costumer care
18.00 - Dinner with family
18-21h Dinner time, you are a waiter. Also communicate, ask costumers how was their day etc. Help to organise the tours, bus to Hanoi etc. Create a happy place for everyone

Rules

Do not use banned substances such as opium or weed, do not speak loudly and make noise that affects guests and people living nearby, do not do anything that Vietnamese law does not allow to do.
