The experience

We are the biggest hostel in Luang Prabang and want to expand our team so we can expand the fun! We are hoping to find people who can help run our onsite bar and are looking for someone who is extremely sociable and is the life of the party, who will be able to promote and work the events we hold at the hostel NIGHTLY and be able to greet guests/inform them on all the amazing aspects of our great city.

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Requirements

Fluent English

Between 20 and 30 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Be from outside Laos

What's not included

Program Details


We are looking for talented and fun volunteers to help a minimum of 3 weeks here in Luang prabang. With free accommodation, food, laundry and even some free after shift drinks, this is one of the coolest places to come volunteer and explore.

Activities & Shift


We try to keep shifts to a maximim of 6 hours a day behind the bar, then 2 hours for evening activities, with a food break during.

Rules

If you are interested in volounteering at our hostel we just want to let you know we have a probation period of 3 days. During this time we'll work together to make sure our tasks and events are a good fit for you. if for any reason it does not work out we would have to part ways, but we will do our best to communicate and support you along the way.
