Program Details

Volunteers will help me in the woods with a variety of activities 5 days per week with 2 days off. Mostly working with trees and a selection of by-products associated with forestry. I'm managing 6 acres of private woodland in a quiet location not far from local towns and transport. 1 hour from London.

Activities & Shift

Asking for 5 hours help per day across a variety of forestry related tasks and projects. Weather can often affect which activity takes place along with the seasons. Currently exploring the world of charcoal making which is a priority going forwards as a possible sustainable business idea but still learning the old ways.

Rules

Please be respectful of the natural environment and local residents. This is a calm space in nature. I'm a naturist for many years so the woodland is clothing optional.
