Volunteering here has been an absolute pleasure. The work they do here is crucial to the local community, and it's been wonderful meeting all the staff, students and volunteers. Extending my stay here was an obvious choice. Martin and Mauro are really welcoming. I'm so grateful to the energy they give to the volunteers and the organisation. FYI at the moment it's winter so be prepped with warm clothes. We have the basics for breakfast and dinner, and lunch is made during the week. A bit far out the city so have to Uber back at night. Overall an amazing and impactful experience❤️

The project is a place like no other. You feel that very quickly as the students wander through the gate the first morning offering handshakes, hugs and introductions. Everyone here, from Martín to Mauro and from Mili to Brían, they have a wonderful happiness that they can't wait to share with you. Among the volunteers too the atmosphere was amazing, everyone excited and sharing their culture. In 25 days I was never bored. Never again will I cook 5 people's first English Roast in a woodfire oven under a cloudless starry night. You are needed here like nowhere else, please don't miss out!

I had a fantastic time at the foundation, all the workers were great with the volunteers and it was an amazing opportunity to practice Spanish and immerse in the local culture. It was amazing to build relationships with all the students, they really are amazing people who never fail to brighten your day. If it wasn't for my flight home, I would have extended my stay. I would like to return again in the future someday!

I loved my time at the project! Martín and the rest of the team at the foundation were so kind, welcoming, and have such big hearts. They are making an incredible difference in the community through their recycling programs, providing access to food and educational resources, and creating a space where people feel accepted, supported, and loved. I enjoyed having the chance to work with members of the community and sharing experiences with the other volunteers. Amo mi familia en la the project y los voy a extrañar mucho! Espero poder volver en el futuro!

My time at the Foundation was well spent. The team were kind and the lunch meals were very nice. It was a great opportunity to meet fellow, like-minded travellers. I really enjoyed being part of the foundation. Gracias Martin for the experience!!

I really encourage people to do this volunteering, the team in the foundation is awesome, they're really welcoming, inclusive, helpful and good fun to hang out with! The job they do for the community as well is awesome, during my stay I didn't have the chance to collaborate with the kids as it was summer holidays, but there is plenty of DIY, gardening and other tasks to do in there to get everything ready when the kids are back. It was an incredible experience!

Staying at the foundation was a great chance to be in one place, have some routine, interact with locals and take a step back and recharge. Martin was a great host, staff were nice and a great place to meet like minded volunteers. Although, everyone in the foundation speaks exclusively Spanish, so it is going to be hard if you don't speak it ( 2 volunteers only spoke English and being translator with my limited Spanish was hard). Also the foundation is far out from the city and it takes a while to get connected to an Uber ( and money). But all good other than that

Mi primer voluntario en el proyeto fue simplemente maravilloso. Martín es un anfitrión de 10, desde el primer momento te hace sentir como de la familia, y es hermoso e inspirador ver todo lo que él y su hermana Caro hacen por la comunidad de Las Heras. Los profes, los chicos y el grupo de voluntarios con los que compartí, hicieron de mi estadía en el proyeto algo increíble. Sin dudas recomiendo este voluntariado y me encantaría volver en el futuro!

Deux semaines passées à la fondation, un vrai séjour de coeur. the project fait une grande et belle différence dans la communauté de Mendoza et c'est un immense bonheur de côtoyer les enfants et tout le personnel sur place. Tâches variées, grande liberté, toujours beaucoup d'autres volontaires sur place. Belle communication, dortoir confortable, fds de fiesta disponibles, les journées passent vite sous le soleil de Mendoza à 30 minutes de bus du centre. Martin est investi autant dans la fondation qu'auprès des bénévoles et y mets tout son coeur, j'en ai été très touchée. Merci the project!
