Help capture and share our surfy, social vibe through photos and videos. Be part of our vibrant community with a hotel, board storage, and beachfront restaurant. 🌊

We’re looking for a creative, motivated Content Creator who loves capturing authentic moments, has an eye for visual storytelling, and wants to share the energy, people, and lifestyle of Longboard Paradise with the world 📽️

We offer a weekly food stipend of R$100 to help with meals

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Content Writer: Write, edit and publish inspiring content.

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Free Parties: Get free entrance for the best parties in town.

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.

Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Requirements

Fluent English and Beginner Spanish

Between 20 and 28 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

If you love photography and videography, enjoy capturing authentic moments, and have an eye for storytelling, this role is for you. Most importantly, we value energy, collaboration, and the ability to bring fresh ideas while working as part of our community.

In return, you’ll get the chance to live by the beach in Rio, surrounded by a vibrant surf culture and people from all over the world. You’ll gain hands-on experience in content creation for social media, and enjoy a flexible environment where your creativity is always encouraged. Activities & Shift

Required Skills:

- Basic video recording
- Basic video editing
- Basic graphic design
- Intermediate/advanced Portuguese
- Intermediate/advanced English

Responsibilities:

- Daily posting on the Instagram stories of Longboard Paradise and its restaurant
- Capturing, editing, and posting content on TikTok
- Participating in the weekly marketing team meeting
- Creating simple graphics to promote in-house events
