Program Details
We will be a team of three people, that means two volunteers and me Cristian. We will divide ourselves with tasks for the week and the shifts so we can all enjoy our time in this little paradise.
We are very laid back when it comes to work (That is why we live here and not the city), so you should expect to have a lot of freedom and space to do things your way.
Activities & Shift
We need to keep the place clean and guests must feel that they are more than just customers, but as friends coming home. It is the energy that has helped us distinguish our hostel from the rest and what has made most guests stay longer or not even want to leave the premises.
The only thing that is obligatory is to focus on keeping the kitchen clean and washrooms with lots of toilet paper (Americans have a thing for toilette paper, who would of known).
Rules
Keep clean and tidy.
Don't throw cigarettes on the floor.
Flush the toilette.
No heavy drugs.
No drama at all costs.
Give us a heads up if you want to leave before schedule or want to take a week off traveling.
Don't allow Sebastian to grab the machete.
