An incredible place with equally incredible hosts. I truly wish I could have stayed longer, but I had to attend to a personal matter. The hosts are kind, understanding, and patient. The tasks are enjoyable, the hostel is a beautiful and welcoming house, and the city itself is absolutely stunning. I highly recommend this experience to any traveler looking for a meaningful and memorable stay.

I really enjoyed my time at the hostel. Mauro, Malin and Nelly were very patient and kind to teach things in detail. They were always acceptive of every need or suggestion. Being in contact with different people and nationalities every day can be pretty addictive, you never know who's going to enter that door haha

I had a very intense experience living and volunteering at the hostel. The house is beautiful, old and comfortable. Every corner tells a story. I was able to connect even more with nature, despite being in a very touristy city, especially in the summer, it was possible to feel at peace. I was able to establish a routine that allowed me to work on my projects, in addition to carrying out volunteer tasks with presence. I had the opportunity to meet people, who helped me get to know myself better and I felt inspired to create new stories. I'll take with me beautiful memories. Many tks!!

I loved working at this hostel, Malin and Mauro are wonderful people and very generous! Made some great friends with the fellow volunteers and really enjoyed the family feeling at the hostel. The work is exactly as described: cleaning and reception work, and the hours are very well respected. The location is great and there is lots of beautiful places to visit around. I would 100% recommend this experience to anyone !

It was an amazing experience at the Hostel and I would always do it again! The Team ist great and the house really cozy. Working Times are flexible and always different, so you can plan different things around Puerto Varas.

Nos pareció una buena experiencia, ya que es nuestro primer voluntariado. Teníamos mucho miedo de largarnos a ser mochileras, pero gracias a los consejos, paciencia de Malin y Mauro, hemos podido crecer y experimentar cosas nuevas. Estuvimos con ellos 3 meses y pasaron super rápidos. Gracias Mauro y Malin, un placer haber venido acá y ser nuestro primer voluntariado🥺🤎

La experiencia en el hostel fue muy buena! Mauro y mallin te enseñan con paciencia, respeto y ganas, las tareas son sencillas pero muy variadas, una escuela de hoteleria! Ambos muy calidos y hospitalarios!

Mi experiencia en el hostel fue tan buena que decidí extender mi estadía un mes más. Si eliges hacer voluntariado aquí, no serás uno más: Malin y Mauro siempre te reciben con cariño y te hacen sentir parte de su familia. El hostal tiene instalaciones excelentes, con un ambiente muy cuidado y un estilo local de madera al mejor estilo alemán. Las comodidades son de primera: buena calefacción, baños y cocinas bien equipadas (grifería, loza y vajilla para uso de los voluntarios) y espacios acogedores que invitan a disfrutar. Lo super recomiendo
