The experience

We'd prefer people wanting a longer (1-6mths, with a trial) stay that enjoy working outside, are enthusiastic, motivated working with me or on their own and ideally, has a broad manual skills-set around building.

Satori is a stunning rural location, full of nature.

Jobs might include: splitting/stacking wood; strimming; building a woodstore; making a bench; cladding, gardening, social media help etc. Tasks are varied.

Program Details

Rob, my fella, or myself are around most days and you'll be welcome to join me/us on walks, explore the local area, meet my friends etc. I strive to make something happen at least once a week. It's also not a problem if you'd rather get on and do your own thing.

That said, I like to share some meals together, which we take turns in cooking. Again, if you'd rather eat alone that's ok too.

You'll need to be ok keeping your own company as well as spending time with us. And, it's a great place to let go of the outside world...

Activities & Shift

Daily activities vary.
As long as you complete your 25 working hours p/week, I'm flexible around when you work them-once we've gotten to know each other and you have a sense of what's going on at Satori.

To start you'll definitely need to fit in with my hours and days off, generally Mondays and Fridays.

I strive to work 9-2pm on your days on so you get the rest of the day off (although there are always exceptions when I hope you'll be flexible with my ever shifting patterns of work!).

We all share the communal tasks like cleaning the shower etc... this is not part of your 25-hours.
