What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Get free drinks or beverages.: Drink up! Get free and tasty drinks for yourself.

Free Parties: Get free entrance for the best parties in town.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Requirements

Fluent Serbian or Intermediate English

Between 21 and 52 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

I've been hosting people all my life and I'll do my best to make your stay comfortable and engaging. Feel free to ask for/about anything at any time. I hope we'll get to know each other and figure everything out along the way, no pressure.
Basically, land a hand when you see help is needed, or I may ask you to do some simple tasks - clean, watch the stew, carry wood, help with making or moving something, look after the house if I have to go somewhere...
If you have special or artistic skills, those are very much needed as all improvements to the house are very welcome.
Work greatly depends on the season. If you haven't done something before I'll gladly show you. Also teach you things I know.

You'll have lots of free time to do your own thing or go somewhere. All I ask is that you be nice and fair to others and try to help out in the best way you can

Activities & Shift

No set times, depends on what's going on. There's usually little to do in the winter except cleaning and tending the fire. Other times it may be working all day and time to relax after. You will never have to work more than you want to. Some days the house will be full (weekends usually), other days completely quiet and serene...
