The experience

🎨🖌️🧑🏻‍🎨 We're looking for 3D & mural artist. Help us maintain and improve our space creatively.

Priority is our cooking classes, when there's classes we would need help in taking pictures, prep cooking station, clean up.

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Additional fee required

Amount: US$ 5 Per day

Fee pays for: Benefits for travelers, Materials for volunteer activities, and Donation to project

Description: volunteers contribute $5 per day to cover expenses for delicious food & maintenance

What you get

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Fluent English or Fluent Malay / Malaysian

Over 25 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

Must have independent, creative in art & restoration work. Have some basic home improvement and maintenance skills. Being able to contribute to restoration work of a 100 year old colonial building.

Activities & Shift

You will need to be flexible for morning or afternoon shifts

Rules

Typically Monday & Tuesday can be your day off.

Sleeping time is 10pm-9am which you may stay in the room with air conditioning. No food in the room. Keep the room clean. Unless you're not well, then you may stay in room.

Other times has to be downstairs which you will be doing your volunteer work with us or doing your own work, or outside exploring the city. But we request you to be back before 10pm, we will not be handling you the key of our premise.
