My experience at the hostel was great! The job at the bar is pretty easy and the people I worked with were very nice :) I enjoyed my time there relaxing, and chatting with the guests. Unfortunately it was during low season so there weren't much people, and sometimes it was quite hard to work for 6 hours (per day) when there's not much to do. We worked 36 hours a week, so more than what is written on the description, and even if almost no guest were here… Other than that, I still enjoyed my experience here and would recommend the place to relax for some weeks!

Overall my experience at the hostel was decent. The team and environment were welcoming enough and I learned some aspects of running a backpackers hostel. The only thing mildly disappointing was that contrary to the profile which stated "no experience required " , that wasn't entirely true (even after I stated that I was completely new to bartending) as even on the first day I got pressure for not knowing some things. I would have preferred some more training. Other than that, if you have some bar/reception experience and like a chill environment..this is a good experience 👍

My experience at the hostel was overall a good one. T, Minea, Fred, Johny, and Rain are all great people who made working with them feel like a team experience. Cheddar, Jasmine, Julia, Layla, Boy, and the unnamed orange cat are all wonderful additions to the work trade. It is nice to be able to give some pets love on a daily basis. The hostel is located far from the center of town, but there are bikes you can use to get around. The work itself isn't hard but you are expected to work more hours than advertised, between 36-38 hours a week depending on if you work mornings or nights.

Amazing experience at the hostel! From the moment I arrived as a volunteer, I was embraced by a unique vibration. The atmosphere is spectacular, the staff is friendly, the kitchen is great and the beds are super comfortable. Working here is more fun and reaaally easy, thanks to the relaxed atmosphere. I am immensely grateful to T, Minea, Johny and the entire team for making this place feel like home. I made unforgettable friendships and experienced exceptional moments. I joined as a volunteer and left as part of a family.

I had a great time volunteering at this hostel! A highlight for me was definitely the adorable dogs that added a warm and friendly atmosphere. I enjoyed having amazing local food where we could choose from a menu freshly made and included made the experience even better. The pool and bar area provided a perfect setting to socialize effortlessly with other volunteers, guests, and the friendly local staff. There was almost always an opportunity to party, but if you didn't feel like it, that was completely okay too. Overall, a mix of fun and a community feeling.

I absolutely loved my time volunteering at the hostel ! All the local staff are so amazing and friendly they really made me feel like family ❤️ everyone was always so patient and helpful i never felt under pressure. The hostel itself is so beautiful and relaxing, the room was really comfortable with ac, and the pool was a great way to cool off after your shift and the puppies are so so cute !!! the food was always so delicious and the free drinks were definitely a bonus. I would absolutely recommend the hostel to anyone thinking of volunteering in Cambodia. i hope i can come back again !! ❤️
