A rare opportunity to stay at a unique property with fantastic views. Staff are friendly and supportive. The work offered variety between the kitchen, bar and serving tables. Interacting with guests made the work fun. A memorable experience!

The only reason I give 4/5 is because this is not a very social space to meet people and other volunteers. Besides that, the work was easy and fun. I made pizzas, cookies, pies, fresh orange juice, breads, charcuterie boards, and then did a lot of cleaning. The space of work is enjoyable because you work on the rooftop and experience the sunset with a gorgeous view of Valparaiso every day. My room felt luxurious as I received my own private room, with a kitchen, couch, bathroom, and full sized bed. All of the managers were very nice and accommodating with my Spanish learning.

Big plus is that you have your own apartment, or sharing with another volunteer. Beautiful views over Valpo. Working hours give you a lot of spare time to experience the town. It is a cool hotel with potential. I was volunteering off season though which might affected the experience since there weren't many guests. Many times you didn't have anything to do. I believe management needs some stepping up, both for the guests' experience but also for volunteers. 2 people that worked there quit during my 2 weeks, I didn't feel a team spirit, might be a connection.

Hola Pude aprender sobre la operación diaria del hotel, el trato directo con huéspedes de distintas partes del mundo y la importancia de la hospitalidad en cada detalle. Sin duda, fue una oportunidad para crecer, aportar y conectar con personas increíbles. Recomiendo esta experiencia a quienes deseen aprender, viajar y colaborar en un ambiente dinámico y acogedor.

Cumplen con todo lo mencionado en la oferta, la acomodación de mi estadia fue hermosa realmente esa la valoro un montón, las instalaciones son lindas una vista increíble, muy tranquilo el lugar. Graciassss infinitas a todo el staff por ser buena onda ✌🏽

Tuve una experiencia de voluntariado positiva en el hotel, el hotel es hermoso y ofrecen un lindo apartamento para compartir con otro voluntario, así como algunos alimentos semanalmente para que cocines. Las horas son claras, los horarios rotativos te permiten apoyar en diferentes áreas, el staff del hotel desde la administración, recepción, cocina, y housekeeping son muy amigables! Recomendo! Espaço privado com cozinha, recebe uma cesta de legumes que ajuda muito, horário por escala semanal. Serviço tranquilo, espaço muito lindo. Equipe amigável.

Esse voluntariado é uma oportunidade. Além de você ter a sua privacidade, o trabalho é justo e te traz muito aprendizado, é ótimo pra estudar inglês e espanhol. Eles dão alimentos pra vc cozinhar e os funcionários são super gente boa. Eu tive que pedir para ficar mais porque foi um dos melhores voluntariados que já fizemos. Além do hotel ser lindo e você sempre trabalhar com vista pro mar! Recomendamos muiito ❤️🙏🏼🌟 Gratidão equipe 🫂🌟
