Program Details

This program is all about helping people learn English and understand different cultures in a friendly and welcoming place. We believe that by having conversations and doing fun activities together, everyone can improve their English and feel more confident speaking it.

Our main goals are to:
1. Help people become better at speaking English by giving them lots of chances to practice.
2. Encourage people to learn about each other's cultures and respect differences.
3. Boost people's confidence in using English in different situations, like talking to others or at work.
4. Bring the community together to support each other's learning and growth.

Activities & Shift

1. **Conversational Sessions:** In these sessions, you can have one-on-one or small group discussions with learners, encouraging them to practice speaking English in a friendly and relaxed environment.

2. **Community Outreach Initiatives:** Help us organize events and workshops that promote English skills and cultural appreciation in the community.

3. **Cultural Enrichment:** Share your own culture and experiences, and learn from others too. It's a great way for everyone to understand and respect different traditions.

4. **Teacher Training Workshops:** If you have innovative teaching methods, you can collaborate with us and share your techniques with local educators.

Rules

I'm Farouk, and I used to work in Pekanbaru with my friends Ridho, and Dian. Now, we are in different places because of new assignments. But our passion for helping people with English and promoting diverse cultures is still strong. That's why we want volunteers from around the world to join us in this project.
We will take you not only to one but three amazing cities during your time as a volunteer with us! We've prepared a mix of different things to do, making sure your trip is full of fantastic memories and meaningful moments. In Rokan Hulu, you'll make a difference by teaching at local schools and universities, inspiring young minds, and bringing positive change. Then, in Pekanbaru, help improve English in government offices, creating stronger connections with the world. Lastly, in Rokan Hilir, embrace local culture, try delicious foods, and enjoy traditional experiences.
