My volunteering was simply incredible and exceeded my expectations. Sarah is a very wise, kind person with a big heart. Her project of caring for nature and developing the community won my heart. Was amazing starting the day with thanksgiving! Everything I experienced here is truly a blessing. I had the opportunity to work and learn more about composting and reforestation. Taking part in this project has been extraordinary. Sarah and her team made me feel welcome from the very beginning and I will be always grateful for that. One of the great things about it was that each person could find their own space according to their skills and interests. At the same time, it offered the chance to step out of your comfort zone and learn new things. I met amazing people and living surrounded by nature was one of the greatest privileges. My stay here was truly a big blessing, Sarah and her team made sure that I would feel welcomed and they appreciated my help, and simply that I was being there. I could learn about myself, enjoy and rest in this beautiful and stunning nature, also there's lots of possibilities to learn about cooking and farming, especially when staying longer! The food we were cooking was amazingly delicious, and we could try out new recipes if we wanted to. I'm happy that I was able to stay and help at the project <3 thanks Sarah for everything

I loved my stay at this welcoming and caring farm. Thank you to José, Rosa, Pasquella, and Nelly, who were all so kind and hospitable. The group of volunteers made the experience even more enriching. Cooking together and exploring fermentation was a real pleasure. Taking part in reforestation and gardening added meaning to each day. My experience at the farm was wonderful. I worked mainly as a fitness and wellness specialist, surrounded by beautiful people with whom I spent over two weeks. The atmosphere was familiar and welcoming, the food was delicious, and there's always room for volunteers to express their creativity. Sara is very kind and attentive to everyone's needs, constantly looking for ways to improve the project and the volunteer experience, and I built a beautiful friendship with her. I learned a lot from this experience and the project is now close to my heart <3

My experience was amazing! This was my first volunteering opportunity, and I'm happy to have chosen this project. I learned so much!! I improved my English with the other volunteers, and my Spanish with the staff, including Neli, Nico, José, and Pascoala, who welcomed me warmly. Sarah is a great host and takes excellent care of the volunteers. It was a pleasure to assist her during these two weeks, and I hope to return soon when I get back to Peru! I already miss the dogs, the wonderful food, the people, and the farm that was my home for a few days! I definitely recommend the project!

This project is awesome! From growing organic, to home-cooking or even educating the farming community of Huyro, the the project is very diverse. There is always something interesting happening and Sarah is one the greatest person I met during my travel. You can do many great hikes and visits in the area, it's less touristic, more authentic and half a day from Macchu Picchu. I strongly advise you to BRING LONG SLEEVES AND HEAD NET, the Moskitos are active during the day, you will loose your mind working without protection 😂 still, I stayed almost 2 months and want to come back❤️

I am extremely grateful for the time I have spent at the project. The food is wonderful, as are the people I have met here. I have learned a lot about different subjects. The tasks are varied and that makes each day unique. Sarah is a very intelligent person and has a big heart. Even when her work or inconveniences took up a lot of her time, she has always cared that I am well and that I do not lack anything. It has been a wonderful experience in an amazing place, which I will never forget. I hope to return.

It was my first experience as a volunteer, and I really enjoyed it. I went to Perú opened to learn and share experiences, Sarah and her team gave me different types of learning opportunities. The thing I want to highlight the most is the human beings I met there, who I really felt connected to and grateful for, not only volunteers but also workers and locals. This place has a spiritual purpose that lead its way of doing things, which I respect and learn from it. Thank you Sarah for being vulnerable, kind and generous.We will meet again. Suggestion:Keep doing evening meetings, they really help
