My first day when i arrived at the hostel, i was welcomed very good and the host and the family were overall very welcoming. After a while i got to notice that the working hours were correct with the cleaning services but almost everyday, we would get a text that one had to go back to the hostel to fix a problem with a guest. Even during your off hours or when you're far from the hostel you had to go back to fix a problem. Which is not okay when you're free. There was a hard communication with the host privately. Did not care to change my date of leaving and ignored me it got fixed with WP

Volunteering at the guest house was a great experience! The owners are super nice, and the tasks were simple and didn't require too much time or effort. Everything was easy to understand and do. The other volunteers were very nice!

Yongse is an amazing host, she take care of you, she is always ready to help you, sometimes take time her response but she always response to you, if you need one day or something to do your things she is open to give you the time. I think the amazing thing in this volunteering is if you do well your work with your other partner you can finish very quickly so you have more time to explore Seoul. If you have the opportunity to be here do it, the guest house is amazing and Yongse too :)

My experience wasn't good cause the photos in the website didn't match the reality, I try to have a conversation with the host but she didn't really care, I overall felt uncomfortable and I wouldn't recommend this host.

🇲🇽Profundamente feliz de haber conocido a Youngse, mi jefa. Más que trabajo y servicio, esta experiencia fue una conexión humana y familiar.encontré a personas maravillosas que dejan una huella permanente en mi corazón, me siento muy agradecida, porque tanto Youngse como su hermano Orion me enseñaron que, aun en medio de las diferencias culturales, la bondad, la empatía y la paciencia pueden tender puentes verdaderos. Su manera de liderar refleja amor y comprensión, algo que valoro profundamente. Recomiendo este lugar con todo mi corazón ♥️Dios los bendiga 🙏🏻
