I stayed for 1 week and was amazing. The work was what was agreed upon and wasn't hard at all, I mainly did cleaning. The hist family is very friendly and helpful. The hostel was comfortable and the town is very beautiful!! Recommend

I only volunteered at hostel the hostel for a week but i had an amazing experience. all the other volunteers were extremely nice and welcoming, even with my limited spanish Alvaro made sure i was comfortable, my every need met. it was an amazing experience to get to know the place a little better with great environment. the work as described and a lot of the times it was with other volunteers, which made it more fun. the only was is that sometimes the work wasn't agreed on beforehand and i was left not knowing what to do, but all in all it was a 10/10 experience and i would recommend to every1

COPACABANA IS VERY UNIQUE PLACE. THE WORK IN THE SOLTICIO HOSTEL IS NOT REALY HARD. the hostel STAFF ARE YOUNG AND THEY ALWEYS GIVE ME SPACE AND EXTRA TIME FOR MY SELF. THEY ARE FLEXIBLE AND VERY DEVOTED TO FAMILY MEMBERS. THEY LOVE LITTLE ANIMALS LIKE CATS. I WELL RETURN TO COPACABANA AND HOSTEL the hostel.

I spent Christmas at the hostel - Álvaro and Ella were very welcoming and invited us to spend Christmas dinner with them and their family. I'm very grateful for that.

Buenissima onda ! Álvaro, Emma and the Staff members made us feel very confortable, the dayly tasks were not exhausting and we had plenty time to enjoy Copacabana. Great experience !

Emma and Alvaro were super kind and caring from the start. A family aspect among volunteers and all tasks were clear and simple. They are more than open to what each individual has to offer. This a new hostel so there is plenty of room for improvement, and they are open to suggestion. No issues at all ! This was an amazing experience. The puppies and kittens are a bonus.

Arrived at the solatitio hostel with the idea of ​​staying there for a week and in the end I stayed there for more than two months. this is enough to make it clear how much I enjoyed myself and felt at home in the Solstitio Hostel thanks to Emma and Alvaro. I helped them by decorating the walls of some rooms, I met many other travelers and I really felt at home. Thanks to Alvaro and Emma I had the opportunity to learn more about the culture and traditions of the place. I cannot compare this experience with any other because for me it was truly unique. sincere thanks to these two special people

El hostel Mirasol está bien ubicado, cerca del centro y con una hermosa vista al lago Cuenta con dos cocinas con utensilios básicos Los colchones son excelentes y el ambiente laboral es bueno, importante traer ojotas o algún calzado para usar en la ducha Álvaro es buena onda y considerado, el desayuno que ofrece el hotel es básico pero ayuda a las mañanas tener pan del día y café listo al despertar Es un buen lugar para llegar y tener tiempo de adaptarse a la altura y a los ritmos de Copacabana

Alvaro nos recibió con mucha flexibilidad ante nuestras posibilidades de horarios, fue muy amable y comprensivo. Las tareas son de limpieza del hotel y check out. La habitación que nos brindaron estuvo muy bien.
