Join a family with kids for a language exchange in Quito, Ecuador
The experience
We are a family of five; mom, dad, brother, sister, and two friendly dogs. My Sister has a wonderful two-year-old daughter named Juliana, who is very sweet and curious.
Our home is located in The Valley of Los Chillos; it is a peaceful and beautiful part of Quito, not too far from downtown; the valley is full of a lot of green areas, and because it's a valley, hiking around the mountains is pretty easy.

Program Details
We are searching for an English-speaking (preferably mother-tongue) girl to support us with caring for a 2-year-old girl. We need someone who has experience in babysitting and enjoys being around children.
Activities & Shift
During the day, my sister works as a medical doctor in the hospital. Juliana spends the morning in the kindergarten arriving at mid-day. On the weekend, Juliana spends time with the family so help will be requested if need it. But most of the time we need help during the weekdays, 5 hours in the afternoon. (1pm-5pm) Or, some days the father of Juliana is looking for her so no help is needed. Each day can differ because my sister doesn't need help every day. So you could help my mom with daily tasks, like cooking, clearing, and organizing home staff, or simply enjoy your day. My mom knows English pretty well and loves to meet new people always.
It is essential to find someone who enjoys spending time with our children. We need someone reliable, flexible, and communicative.
