Dear Karolinny,
We appreciate your feedback, but we must clarify some points regarding your time volunteering with us. Our program requires volunteers to engage actively in assigned tasks, contributing to the community atmosphere. Unfortunately, we found you often comfortable directing others rather than participating, and would leave tasks incomplete when things didn’t go your way. This behavior created challenges for the team and left little opportunity for collaborative efforts.
Upon your arrival on December 15th, you resisted training and preferred to handle tasks independently, which led to frequent mistakes and delays. Despite our efforts to address these issues, your approach remained unchanged. This behavior impacted not only the workflow but also the harmony of our team.
Regarding the conflict with our employee, David, we sought to mediate and resolve the situation. However, your response was dismissive, which made it difficult to find a resolution and, unfortunately, led to a breakdown in communication and cooperation.
As for your accommodations, we acknowledged your discomfort due to the reported bite marks and promptly offered a different cabin to ensure proper treatment of your original space. You declined this option and chose to manage the situation independently with basic bug spray. While we take such matters seriously, no evidence of bedbugs was found upon inspection.
When it became apparent that there were no suitable tasks left for you, we discussed this candidly with you. Your response, which included requests unrelated to your volunteering commitment, showed little willingness to contribute to our community’s needs.
Our program is designed to foster a positive and collaborative environment for all participants. We strive to support those who are genuinely interested in mutual growth and learning. Your reluctance to engage meaningfully made it difficult to achieve this goal during your stay.
We hope this feedback will help in future volunteering opportunities, encouraging a more open and cooperative approach.
Best regards,
Kedar and the Team
