Carla and I had a great time with the school. He showed us some smaller towns which we never would have visited on our own. Felt very comfortable in the space and would recommend it to anyone!

We both really enjoyed our stay with Igor! The workload is light, the classes are enjoyable and Igor is such a wonderful host. We had some great days exploring the waterfalls, and nearby towns. The location allowed us to go to the Pantal before hand as well which was incredible. The town is a bit quiet and hard to move around without a car, and hot! So getting used to some indoor activity's is ideal. Thank you so much to Igor, he was a truely wonderful host.

It was an amazing opportunity. Igor was very communicative and accommodating to your needs. The work load was very light and most of your time is spent with exploring the surrounding area (of the city and traveling to nearby nature sights) with the other volunteers. The school is very driven by both the teachers and students to provide the best education and experiences. Hope to see these guys around the world!

My first volunteer experience and I couldn't have asked for a better time. Igor was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, cooking for us whenever he could and helping us organise trips. The teaching was relatively easy and the students were enthusiastic and happy to learn. Overall, I learnt so much from my time there and would defintely return! Thank you Igor!

My first experience and it was incredible! It exceeded every expectation I had. Igor is a kind, sweet man, who will do everything he can to make you comfortable. There were groceries every day, and I particularly enjoyed the nights we cooked together and shared food from our different cultures. Our love of coffee in the morning brought us together, too! Igor took us on incredible trips to see waterfalls and canyons, and planned more activities for us even after we left. The kids were so lovely to teach. I made friends for life and I'll never forget a moment of it ♡ thank you so much, Igor!!

I spent three weeks in Jaciara. the school is an incredibly welcoming person who enjoys having people from all around the world. He created a good atmosphere where we will often cook together and go on weekend getaways. The workload is very light, which is great if you're looking for quiet volunteering. i personally would have liked having a few more classes. Jaciara is it nice and peaceful city but there isn't much to do. Although the school took us to the local waterfalls, and we went away on the weekends, me and the other volunteers found ourselves with not much to do during the week.

And everything regarding the school present situation was communicated prior to your arrival, in terms of the few hours of work a week. But, I love you. Javier is a truly great host who looks after volunteers. My time in Jaciara has been incredible, there is plenty of nature and activities that are a lot of fun. Also the students at the school are really funny and great to get to know!

Absolutely awesome! Jaciara is a safe & calm town surrounded by nature… I saw monkeys, macaws & coatis every day. Igor is a great teacher, an amazing cook and an even better person! He pulled out all the stops to make sure I was comfortable and knew all the best places to eat and sights to visit, including organising lots of activities like rafting, hiking and ju-jitsu classes. The school is a calm, fun learning environment and the students were motivated and polite. All the resources were ready and easy to use. I loved every minute and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you Igor and Jaciara!

My experience at the school was nothing short of spectacular. Igor was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and always helpful. The students were all friendly and eager to learn, and teaching was a blast. The course material was often provided beforehand, and Igor made sure to make the teaching process as seamless as possible. He also planned and provided many opportunities to explore the local community here, as well as the nature in Brazil. Every day here was an adventure, and it fostered a true sense of belonging and family in my home away from home. Thank you so much, Igor!
