It was a wonderful experience volunteering at the Sinchon Seven Hostel! The Housekeeping tasks were super easy and fast to do so that I had a lot of free time to explore Seoul. Johnny was always very kind and even willing to give me extra days off to do short trips to Jeju Island or Busan. The other volunteers were also super nice and we did a lot of activities together such as having dinner together or going out at night. I highly recommend volunteering at this place I had an amazing time and would love to stay there again!

My experience at Hause Itaewon was amazing. It was my first time traveling alone and I am very glad that this was my first experience. Johnny is a great boss with a friendly personality. He always made sure that you were doing okay. The other staff welcomed me with open arms and helped me when I had problems. I made some amazing memories with them and I will never forget them. The location of the hostel was great. It was close to a lot of food places and everything you needed was close by. The subway close to the hostel had great a connection and there was also a bus stop close by.

An Unforgettable Experience! It was one of the best experiences of my life. I had the opportunity to meet people from all over the world, share incredible moments, and immerse myself in a new culture. At the hostel, the tasks were simple and didn't take much time, allowing me to explore and enjoy the city. The atmosphere was always friendly, and Johnny was amazing, always available to help in any situation, making sure everyone felt comfortable and supported. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for an adventure, meaningful connections, and personal growth!

My time here was amazing! The location is perfect, close to the station and with many tourist spots nearby. The tasks at the hostel were really easy to complete and I had plenty of free time to explore the city. When I had a personal issue, Jhonny provided a solution right away. Thank you so much! 🫰🏻 If you want to experience Seoul on a budget, this is the place to stay. I'll definitely come back!

I firmly believe that people are the cornerstone of exceptional volunteer experiences! I'm incredibly grateful to the host and staff for making this possible. 🫰🏽 I never worked more than two hours a day and enjoyed two days off per week. This provided ample time to explore this captivating city. 🤩 However, only basic food is provided (noodles, rice, tuna), not three meals a day and rooms are in a second basement. This situation could be improved. 😉 Thank you very much Seven Hostel✌🏽

The team was amazing, and the hostel was situated in a great spot in Seoul. Once you were done with work, you were free to wander off. The hostel gave you the opportunity to meet many interesting individuals and develop relationships with people from all around. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend it.

It was definitely a good experience at the hostel, we met a lot of nice people and were able to explore a lot. Now we know why is there so many good reviews. Jhonny and Noel made our stay at the hostel be extremely positive! The shift is pretty easy and you'll able to finish between 1 and 2.5 hours/day. (then you can do whatever you want). There's also plenty of food and sometimes they even bought us pizza, chicken and iced coffee. The location is fair and the hostel is close to the subway and bus stops. The hostel (we were at the Bangbae one) were kinda new so it was always clean and tidy.

I had an amazing experience at the hostel, the tasks are not difficult and you can easily finish everything and go out to explore every day if you want, I met amazing people, and wonderful places during my stay, the location is good and it is close to trains and buses... Thank you Noel and Jhonny for accepting our help at the hostel!!

I absolutely do not recommend this experience. The boss is very passive-aggressive, and the manager, Alex, can treat people very badly — even doing things like putting everyone's belongings next to the trash if he feels like it. The treatment is honestly terrible. On top of that, the photos have nothing to do with reality (the place looks much worse), and they don't stick to the food theme — supposedly they provide three meals, but in reality, they just give you basic ingredients. That's if they actually buy the food, since he's always threatening not to buy more.
