Program Details

While living in the center of one of the most beautiful village of the French bask coast, you will experience the culture as well as the unique way of life that offers this place. The beach is 5 minutes walk away from the hostel, some magic waves are close by and in a walking distance from the house. We will be able to give you tips about the spots around.
If you’ve never surf but want to try, we can give you advices about where and when to go, find good teachers etc.
From here it's easy to go to Biarritz, Saint Jean de Luz , San Sebastian or even Bordeaux by public transport.

Here, we work as a team and with nice vibes. We're looking for people who understand what is working as a team and always try to make each other's work lighter so everything runs smoothly.Overall, we expect respect, help and good vibes :)

Activities & Shift

Our days are divided in 3 different shifts; each shift is 4 hours:
We all take turns with those 3 shifts, so you are not doing the same thing everyday.

-Morning Shift 7.30-11.30am
consist in getting the breakfast ready for the guests, keeping the kitchen tidy and cleaning the common areas after breakfast.

-Cleaning shift 11am-3pm
making the beds, doing laundry for the bed sheets, cleaning the rooms and bathrooms (this takes less than 4 hours to do, so when you're done, you can have your lunch, hang out with guests, bake a cake, and just stay at the hostel in case guests are coming for check ins)

-Afternoon shift 3-7pm
check ins , as this involves lots of waiting time and depending on what you like to do, you can also use this time to bake a cake for everyone, create content for social media, help with designing maps of the area, or anything else, I'm open to your ideas :)

-Closing shift ( 15-20 minutes twice a week)
tidying the kitchen and closing the kitchen, living room area at 11pm
