Such an amazing experience, I will miss this place so much! All the staff and volunteers were so kind, the location in Kadıköy is amazing, the work is really reasonable, and the atmosphere of the hostel is so welcoming and attracts such good people. I was able to learn a lot about Turkish culture due to this experience too, and there was always a lot of cool events happening at the hostel, from volleyball to pub crawls to sharing traditional Turkish breakfast. the hostel really felt like a second home to me and I can't wait to visit again in the future!

I started my volunteering journey at the hostel and I can tell that it was the best decision. The location of the hostel could not be better, I do really miss Kadiköy and The Street. The crew of the hostel is really feels like a family and I feel blessed that I could be a member of it for a month. I went trough fam problems while I was there, but at the end of the day I always had a family at the hostel.🤍 Thank u for everything, definitely gonna come back.

The hostel was a home away from home and an experience I definitely recommend to other volunteers! It's in the prime location of Kadikoy and surrounded by a huge array of cafes and restaurants with an authentic local community. The work is easy and schedule is respected. The team are incredibly welcoming and the manager has a special eye to create a family out of strangers. He really takes care of everyone and everything, which creates a safe environment for us solo travellers. the hostel is a special opportunity to meet your forever people and find a piece of yourself in Turkiye.

If I could give the hostel 6 stars out of 5, I would FOR SURE! It was one of my first experiences as a volunteer and I couldn't ask for a more welcoming, safe and cheering space. If you choose the hostel as a volunteer opportunity, you're guaranteed to have an amazing manager and a wonderful team of volunteers from all around the world to share your experience and visit Istanbul with! The hours are respected and the work is really chill, it DOES feel like a home away from home. I never thought I would experience such personal growth in a month, but life (and the hostel) trully has its ways! :D

Volunteering at the hostel was one of the most rewarding and amazing experiences I had, the staff and the volunteers made feel welcome, loved and safe since the beginning. Regarding the volunteer activities, the shifts are respected and the task are very simple and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend volunteering in the hostel if you are looking for a family vibe, an international cultural immersion in one of great cities of the world.

The absolute best volunteering I have had so far <3 I immediately felt welcomed by the rest of the team and throughout my entire stay I enjoyed hanging out with everyone! There are social events at the hostel but in general everyone is social & cares for one another. The hostel is in a rather calm area of Moda, Kadiköy and well connected to the rest of İstanbul. The work is quite easy: I did housekeeping & cafe shifts which I both liked. The hostel facilities are great as well, and I liked the volunteer dorms. Thank you Burak && the rest of the staff, I will definitiv come back one day <3

It was my first volunteer experience with Worldpackers and I'm glad I've got to experience it at the hostel! The people were super nice and i made some deep connections which made the goodbye at the end even harder. The hostel is located in a really artsy neighborhood and is super close to the sea which was amazing. And I don't even have to start talking about the food… delicioussss!!!

The hostel is probably best solution if you are looking for location that allows you to visit all must-see historical places that are mostly on European side and still experience more local and authentic life of Istanbul residents. Neighborhood is full of amazing cafes and restaurants. The work is easy and if there are too many beds to make, usually you get help. Menager and all the staff are very easy going, friendly and willing to help. It's also amazing place if you're looking for meeting international travelers. I definitely recommend this hostel to all ppl interested in Istanbul

I had an amazing time at the hostel! All staff and volunteers are suuuuper friendly and the hostel is located in a super nice area of the city with a lot of nice cafés :) Tasks are easy and the shifts are clearly communicated Thank you very much to everyone at the hostel, I will defenitely go back someday!

I loved my time at the hostel! The staff and volunteers are so kind and welcoming that I felt at home since the beginning. The Hostel has a great location for experiencing all that Istanbul has to offer. And inside the hostel it's so comfortable with many areas where you can relax, socialize, work, cook, have fun, etc. I enjoyed both the housekeeping and Café shifts. The tasks are pretty clear and easy, everything is well communicated and respected. Thank you the hostel team! and thanks to Burak for being a great manager :)
