Staying at the hostel was a great experience, Alejandro and the staff were all welcoming and lovely to work with. Alejandro allowed me to have the days off I asked for and made sure we didn't work over our agreed hours. The whole team were very friendly and patient considering I spoke no German, I met some great people whilst there aswell.

My experience at the hostel was really nice! The tasks are easy to carry out (breakfast shift, making beds and conference rooms cleaning) and the days off are respected as well. The location of the hostel couldn't be better, next to the main station and the city center. The breakfast is always included for the volunteers and the dinner depends if a group makes a reservation. However the guest kitchen is a little bit small to share while someone is cooking or eating there.

Good experience! Working hours are respected, bedrooms are nice. Alejandro is a very kind person, the staff of the hostel is nice but not everybody is speaking english or spanish, so it is not always easy to communicate (instructions about beds shift could be improved). Choose this experience if you would learn new skills about housekeeping and explore Nuremberg and nearest cities, but don't have other expectations from hostel and city (fun, party, and this kind of things). The food is good, breakfast is awesome, sometimes there is dinner. I would recommend. Thanks Alejandro!

I had a nice experience at the hostel the hostel, working hours were respected, staff is nice, we had plenty of free time, breakfast is good, you can also pack some sandwiches for later. I didnt give 5 stars because I expected it to be a more social hostel with young people, pub crawls and these kind of events but in this hostel there are usually families and school groups staying. All in all it was a nice experience, we had a good time with the other volunteers.

The hostel team is awesome. They had the patience to teach everything many times. Also they were really nice people to talk to. The work time is nice, you have 4 hours shifts which are not hard to do. I was expecting more interaction with the guest, but you never talk to them. Breakfasts were awesome. Dinner is not guaranteed, because it depends of groups of people making reservation. Overall it was a really good experience! Because of the central location, you can easily visit many historical and beautiful places in the city.

If you're thinking about going to Nuremberg and having this experience as volunteers, you should take it. Alejandro , the manager is awesome. He helped us a lot, he's very clear, kind and good person. The hostel is pretty new so its installations are great and we got a good time there as well! The only thing which made us feel really uncomfortable more than one time was the treatment of Waqar. One of the employers, he was in charge while Alejandro wasn't there. This person doesn't have a god way to communicate himself, he isn't kind maybe because of his culture he acts like that with women.

Eu gostei muito da minha experiência. A equipe é sensacional, as tarefas são enviadas semanalmente seguindo o combinado de horas e days off. O hostel é bem grande, parece um hotel mesmo. Uma coisa que senti falta foi de alguém para mostrar o hostel e explicar as tarefas, já que isso ficou por conta de outra voluntária. Como ponto de melhoria acho que seria interessante revisar os detalhes da vaga, já que não temos descontos em drinks e o jantar não é servido todos os dias. No geral, foi uma experiência muito boa e pude desenvolver diversas habilidades.

Mi experiencia en el hostel fue buena :) El trabajo es sencillo, solo 4 horas al dia y 2 dias libres en la semana... entonces hay mucho tiempo libre para explorar la ciudad y sumergirse en la cultura local :) el hostel es una hermosa ciudad y tiene una ubicación centrica para visitar otros lugares

Muy buena experiencia, el hostel está ubicado en un buen lugar muy central, se pueden ir a visitar todos los lugares turísticos caminando desde el hostel y está cerca de la estación de trenes, las tareas son sencillas, hay que hacer camas, aveces trapear los salones y hay otro turno de ayudar en el desayuno, además los turnos son cortos se trabaja durante la mañana o mediodía y despues se tiene el resto de la tarde libre, la encargada Lola es muy agradable y siempre esta disponible si uno tiene consultas.
