The experience

We are looking for someone to join our team in Nürnberg, second largest city in Bavaria. To help us in our building with maintenance around. Paintingl Some of the tasks includes painting walls and doors, assisting our house technician and other small tasks.
You will be working with us from 5 days a week, 5 hours per day.
Ideally people who are self motivated, easy going, flexible, team-oriented and enjoy working in an international environment.

What you offer

Requirements

Intermediate English or Beginner German

Between 18 and 80 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

We need someone to help our house tech with basic duties like painting some doors and walls, some gardening and cleaning of a small parking area, this can be take as a time to learned and develop new skills while enjoying the experience of living in Bavaria. We would like o have someone with experience on painting and everything else can be teach. However we don´t have big expectations but someone that could learn will be highly appreciate.

Activities & Shift

The duties have to be done for 5 hours between Monday - Sunday from 08:00 to 12:00 or/and 12:00 to 16:00 in order to work with house tech. The timing can also change, so we need your flexibility

Rules

The person will be provided with a bed in a 4 or 6-person shared dorm. The main house rules it´s not guest overnight in a shared dorm and quiet time in the building between 22:00 and 6:00.

We only will proceed applications within 1 to 1.5 months in advance.
You have to be legal in EU, we don´t offer documents.
We offer a bed in mix dorm, depending on number of volunteers could be 1 to 6 persons. Minimum stay 18 days, not exceptions.
Breakfast available for staff at 10:00 and dinner after groups.
Quiet time in building from 22:00 to 06:00/ Bar and reception open 24/7.
