URGENT: Help with seasonal hosting at beautiful mountain Chalet

Ciao! looking for a fit, enthusiastic, and energetic chalet host, starting ASAP, that extend about 4-5 months . I run two Mountain Chalets in the Ski Resort of Livigno, Italy. It is a very beautiful ski resort and quite busy during the high season, which is now over. We need help to do end-of-season work; like spring cleaning, laundry work, and small maintenance/organization work, so we are ready for the coming summer.

What you offer

28 hours of help per week

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Program Details

Our chalet in Trepalle features 5 apartments & another small apartment in Teola. This position is for the period following the winter season and leading up to the summer season, focusing on cleaning and organizing tasks.

This role involves spring-cleaning duties at the chalet. After operating for about four months during the winter season, the chalet is closed and then reopens for the Winter season in December . Your tasks will include various post-season cleaning responsibilities such as cleaning common areas, stairs, halls, sub-halls, and apartments; doing laundry and organizing; checking inventories; and replacing defective or non-functioning bulbs and similar items. The goal is to make all apartments in our Trepalle chalet and the one in Teola ready for guests arriving when we open in December.

Activities & Shift

We are looking for two hosts to fill this position to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable work environment. Working with a partner will make the tasks more manageable and fun. Couples are ideal, but friends are also welcome to apply. If you are applying solo, please do so—we can pair you with another same-gender applicant.

This is a part-time role, requiring only 4-5 hours of work per day, 5 days a week, with a fair compensation of EUR 200 (for two people). This schedule allows ample free time to enjoy Livigno. We provide free dormitory-style accommodation, which includes beds, a bathroom, and a kitchen with cooking utensils for self-catering.

In return for your assistance as a chalet host, you'll have the chance to enjoy the beauty of Livigno in your free time. We offer free accommodation, a kitchenette with all utensils for self-catering, and a reasonable part-time work fee, allowing you to save money for your own enjoyment and expenses.

You should be reasonably responsive, maintain work records via shared sheets, and report on progress and achievements.

NOTE: If you're interested, this position could serve as a trial for a full host role during the upcoming Winter season that starts December and in Winter as well. We provide a free ski pass for the entire hosting period in the ski season.
