We are looking for outgoing individuals to work at our Oktoberfest campsite, our customers mean everything to us so we need volunteers to show them a good time
Activities & Shift
The first port of call is the set up, we start on the 1st of September, setting up around 800 tents of various sizes, single occupancy tents up to glamping tents. Our first customers will arrive around the 15th of September.
The festivals is from 16th September to 5th October, during this time your job is to meet and greet the customers, show them to their tents, socialise, drink beers with them and over all make sure they have a good time.
After the customer checks out of the campsite it’s our job to clean the tent and get it ready for the next arrival. Then we have to pack the tents away ready for next year.
We start at 9am, we have breakfast and a coffee and check out for the customer is at 10am so that’s when we start cleaning the tents. This last around two hours.
There’s plenty of time to for you to go into the festival, but generally from Thursday - Saturday we all work
Rules
The obvious rules are no drugs, no violence etc
We really require people to either be there for set up, or pack down.
If you are there for the whole time that would be awesome but it’s around a month in total, it’s a long time to be camping.
