We need a confident and assertive person to help us on our tours and in our cabins. Depending on necesity you would either help out in the kitchen in jobs as check-in / out, serving drinks, cooking and socializing with guests.
We have a local family living on the farm, so basic spanish is definately recommendable and it gives you as well the chance to improve your spanish over the time! But this is not obligated.
