Amazing experience at Albergue Miriam My time volunteering at Albergue Miriam was absolutely wonderful. I felt truly welcomed, safe, and at home from the very beginning. The atmosphere is calm, loving, and filled with kind-hearted people who made this experience unforgettable. I connected deeply with the place and the people, so much so that I decided to extend my stay for another month. If you're looking for peace, meaningful connections, and a beautiful environment to grow and give back, I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you Miriam and all the others <3

Before I went to Miriam's place I said I wanted to grow and develop. That's exactly what happened. It was tough for me at first to do the tasks as they were meant to be done. Once I was able to make some mental adjustments my experience really took off and just got better and better. I extended my stay because I felt so good there. Miriam and Danilo did so much to make us feel welcome. Aside from their house we also got to know people from the surrounding area. I made friends for life and some truly unforgettable moments. And I did grow in so many ways. It convinced me of the WP experience.

The hostel is an amazing place! I am grateful to have spent a month there learning so much with great people every day. And if you want to learn Spanish, it's the best place to go. After a month volunteering, I was surprised that could already communicate well in Spanish, as everyone there encourages you to speak in the local language. :) Surrounded by green, you can even ride the horses when you want to feel the amazing nature while greeting the pilgrims and feeling the magic energy of the Camino. Thank you Miriam, Danilo and Victor for such an awesome opportunity I will never forget. ❤

Angélica was a very happy and lay back volunteer. She always wanted to help and she was always ready for a chat. We went out with her a few times and she was always fun to have her in the group .Easy to have her around. Thanks for coming and sharing with us your time.

Unbelievable, incredible and growing up. My time here in the hostel in Miriam's Albergue help me to grown like person and be more mature. Here you gonna learn about everything and discovered that honesty and conversations it's the answer for everything. I really recommend the place. Miriam, Danilo, Victor and the people of the village are so amazing!!! I couldn't choose better my first volunteering!!! Love u all and I'm gonna miss you all!

Renan was an amazing volunteer! At first I doubted to accept him because he was young and he had any rewiews but he wanted to come so bad that I accepted him. He is a very hard worker and motived boy, always happy and smiling a lot. I highly recommend him.
He stayed around 3 months with us and we will not forget him. All the best for you.

Bueno siendo la segunda vez que hago este voluntariado puedo volver a decir que me voy con el corazón completo, Miriam y toda la gente que vive ahí es maravillosa. El espacio es sonado. Vivir con el río, los animales las flores multicolores… al mismo tiempo 100% comodidad. Los alimentos siempre abundantes. Recomiendo 100% este voluntariado.

Una experiencia increíble para mi primer voluntariado. Miriam tiene un corazón enorme, siempre con una sonrisa y una solución ante cualquier problema. Ella y Danilo te incluyen en sus planes, haciendo todo lo posible para que te sientas parte de una familia. Las tareas son variadas y flexibles, y Miriam confía en ti desde el principio. Me voy siendo mejor persona gracias a valores como la hospitalidad, la empatía o la confianza. También contento tras comprobar que hay lugares que anteponen la hospitalidad al negocio. Conectarás con la naturaleza, con gente local y de todo el mundo. Gracias :)

Mi experiencia fue magnífica. Jamas pensé que este voluntariado podría resultar de manera tan positiva para mi. El lugar es maravilloso y no solo por los locales, sino por también la cantidad de sitios naturales que se pueden visitar. Miriam es una persona muy amable y cálida, que también motiva muchisimo que cada volutario tenga una experiencia completa, con la gente del lugar, recorriendo otros lugares y relacionandote también con ella y su pareja. Es muy fácil sentirte como en casa en Las Herrerías. Recomiendo por completo este lugar a quienes amen la naturaleza y sociabilizar con gente!!

Mi experiencia fue super bonita para ser mi primer voluntariado, se respetan mucho las horas de trabajo solicitadas, se fomenta el trabajo en equipo, las personas como Miriam y Danilo son bastante amigables y se comportan como familia, los voluntarios que estuvieron conmigo desde el inicio eran muy lindas personas, me encanta la naturaleza y los lugares tranquilos, así que esta experiencia para mí fue única. Si te gusta la naturaleza, caminar bastante, admirar los paisajes que ofrecen esta parte de España, te sentirás muy a gusto en Las Herrerías :)
