The experience

Housekeeping rooms refers to the tasks involved in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and functionality of guest rooms in a hotel or other lodging establishment. Housekeeping staff typically clean and sanitize the guest rooms, including changing the bedding, vacuuming the floors, dusting surfaces, and cleaning the bathrooms. They also restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and coffee supplies.


What you offer

32 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.


What you get

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!


Requirements

Intermediate English

Between 18 and 40 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa
