My experience in Nest hostel in Bucharest couldn't have been better. Adrian, the host, is the most generous and understanding person and would always make sure we felt at home. He invited us to plans and took us dancing, which was super fun. The work hours are respected and the job is very easy. We also got plenty of money to buy food and eat out. All the volunteers were super nice and we got along really well. And you also get the chance to meet international travelers in the hostel. The city is beautiful, and you get plenty of free time to explore around. I will for sure come back❤️

Adrian was a fantastic host to have for my first world packer's experience! Nothing but good things to say. You will learn how to check in and out guests and resolve issues solo, which gives the opportunity to meet people from all over the world. I felt very included, and all volunteers are invited on regular outings/drinks/spas throughout Bucharest. Work hours are flexible and leave plenty of time to explore the city and the surroundings such as Brasov and the beaches on days off.

It was my first experience as a receptionist, which was very enjoyable as I interacted with people from all over the world. Everything was explained to me with great patience and detail, which facilitated my learning. All agreements were respected and the atmosphere was great. Adrian (the host) helped us discover iconic places in Romania, and we even celebrated a volunteer's birthday. Adrian is surprisingly thoughtful, so he always takes everything into consideration, making it very easy to feel welcomed and invited to contribute to the hostel.

Work is dense but there are many benefits. There are three buildings and you live in the nicest and newest one. Food is paid off and you can choose whatever you want. So this i's a volunteering where you save money and have no expenses. Adrian is the best host possible and invited us (all the volunteers) to dinners out, lunches, drinks, spa, pool, clubs and parties every couple of days and when he was busy he ordered pizzas and even bought fruits and chocolates every week. Really impressive for a volunteering. I really recommend it to everyone.

Wow guys, what a wonderful place to volunteer at. You can learn a lot, but not just how to do the job itself, you will grow up as a professional and learn how to become a problem solver. The host Adrian is an amazing guy who also hangs out with the volunteers and is always sharing his experiences. It's definitely a 10 outta 10. The volunteers live in Nest Boutique Hostel, which is brand new and great, and they only do recepetion in both hostels (Nest and the hostel). The job is a real job, with many responsabilities, but fairly compensated. Enjoy!!!

I had an amazing time in First! The job is a fair trade and the work schedule is respected; the volunteer's room is pretty decent (we have our own TV for instance) and Adrian is such a great host. He invited us to so many cool activities and is really open-minded. The hostel is well located and I had plenty of time to explore Bucharest and nearby. Highly recommended!

My experience was a delightful surprise. Bucharest exceeded my expectations. The volunteer accommodation is new. Adrian, our host, is friendly and taught me a lot about reception. He introduced us to the city's best bars and restaurants, including the Therme of Bucharest. His hostel management and flexible shifts allowed me to explore Transylvania, Moldova, Transnistria, Bulgaria, and Greece, during my time here. Meeting people from around the world, practicing languages - Portuguese, English, Spanish, Italian, and German - made it an amazing experience. Grateful for it all!
