Host other Volunteers and help our beautiful community!
The experience
We built the Centre of Resilience with hundreds of hands literally from every continent around the world. Our work thrives on the help of passionate volunteers, and we need someone to keep them and the energy going!
Prashant has a baby boy so is at the Centre part time and at home part time. So we're looking for someone, especially this May - September (2023) to help us host our amazing volunteers from all over the globe.

Our volunteers are led by Prashant, Founding Director of the Centre of Resilience, and I (Ben, Cofounding Director) help get you to the Centre! Once you're there you live in the beautiful Bihar House we built during the Vasudhaiva Ride, and you live in the gardens of the Centre itself.
Activities & Shift
As the host of the Centre's volunteers you'll meet people coming at the nearby train station and welcome them home :) You'll work with local families to help with meals and keeping the Centre's volunteer area in order. And you'll put on events, check-ins, music nights, etc, for/with the volunteer team. You can also help with getting volunteer feedback throughout their stay and sharing that with us to make people's time at the Centre even better!
Rules
Respect local Bihari culture: which is quite traditional and conservative in terms of clothing, social behaviours, etc.
Take care of youself! So you can help others with your own needs being met. :)
Be passionate and enjoy!
