Volunteering at this hostel has definitely been one of the favorite experiences in my life so far, I came here for a summer break to practice my Portuguese, visit famous places and to meet people from all over the world while learning new useful things by doing volunteer tasks - they were really really easy, you can freely communicate in case you need any certain days off and there is plenty of free time that you can use to explore, discover, hang out with cool people that you meet or just chill at the common area. Robert is an amazing manager and I am really thankful for this opportunity :)

This was a fantastic experience for me! They are still figuring out how to fully integrate volunteers. But they are super gracious and helpful if you don't understand something. Everyone was very welcoming! The work itself was quite simple. Once you get used to how everything runs it's very smooth. I found it easy to make friends there because the common room wasn't too big but more personal. Location of the hostel was amazing. SUPER close to a cheap grocery store, as well as a laundry mat. I would definitely recommend for other volunteers!

Robert is a very sweet person and a good human being, but unfortunately he is not the one in charge at the hostel. In general it is a good experience, the hostel is located in a perfect place and the tasks are very easy. Coexistence and a tie with the hostel staff is a challenge that will be refined over time. Best of all, you'll have plenty of time to explore the hostel and make friends from all over the world. good luck to the new volunteers.

The Volunteer program is quite new in this hostel and we are all still learning how to work together. The Volunteer manager, Robert, is incredible and so sweet, really easy to work with and raise any concerns with, however the hostel owners are finding it difficult to adapt. The location of the hostel is prime and the guests that come through seem to be really great. The work is chill with lots of free time, the tasks themselves are still being worked out and the owners need to work on efficient communication. If you're just after little hours and good location, this suits.

A experiência no the hostel foi maravilhosa. Foi meu primeiro voluntariado e tive sorte de cair em um lugar que me acolheu demais. Os horários e o trabalho são muito justos e permitem que tenhamos muito tempo livre para explorar a cidade. O staff é todo muito querido e muito receptivo. A Nanette, que é responsável pelos voluntários, é maravilhosa, flexível e muito aberta para conversas. Já tenho vontade de voltar ❤️

Mi experiencia en este hostel fue única, fue uno de los mejores lugares en los que he estado, literalmente me sentí como si estuviera en mi segundo hogar, si quieres hacer un voluntariado te lo super recomiendo, el lugar está muy limpio, queda cerca del centro y los horarios son muy buenos. El personal que trabaja ahí es muy amigable y me hicieron sentir super cómodo. Nunca olvidare mi experiencia en este hostel.

Sem dúvidas o melhor voluntariado!! Equipe querida, horas e trabalho super tranquilos, pode aproveitar o máximo dessa cidade linda, a localização maravilhosa! São bem flexíveis e responsáveis com a gente. Levarei no coração todos que conheci, pude praticar inglês, espanhol, conhecer pessoas incríveis! Temos bastante contato com os hóspedes e isso é ótimo para quem gosta de socializar, conhecer novas pessoas, culturas e línguas! Aproveite o máximo pois vale cada minuto, passa tão rápido e já estou com saudades 🫶🏻❤️ obrigada por me proporcionarem esse voluntariado incrível!
