This was my first volunteering experience, and I am so grateful that it was at the hostel! I stayed with 6 other wonderful volunteers/ staff, and since it was low season (May) we stayed in the biggest room in the hostel. We also got our own kitchen/ area at the hostel. It was a very nice and clean, and everyone had their personal space. I worked in the reception which was super easy to learn, and it was very relaxed since it is a small hostel. Both the team manager and the owner were incredibly inviting and friendly. The manager was very flexible when it came to the schedule.

The hostel is an amazing hostel! Great volunteers, workers, manager and guests. I got to meet many solo travelers and made some great new friends. If you enjoy a social environment, lots of energy and to connect with lots of different people I would really recomend this position. I stayed in the hostel, you share a spacious room with the other volunteers. Other than that you share bathroom and kitchen with the guests. I worked exclusively in the reception. The job is easy to manage and the other volunteers and manager Sanja was very helpful if you had any questions.

If you are thinking about it, do it!! This was my first travel and volunteer experience and it could not have been more amazing. The work is very manageable and it never really feels like work when you are surrounded with such amazing people. Hvar is beautiful, the hostel is great, and the people are lovely. Thank you Sanja and all of the other volunteers, it was the best time!

It was supposed to be a month of volunteering, but it ended up being my home. Wonderful people, connections, laughter, good energy. the hostel is in my heart ♥ Sanja is an excellent manager, she complies with everything agreed upon. After 4 hours of shift you will be able to enjoy the entire island and also get to know those that surround it. The location of the hostel is strategic, in the center of the city! I would return again without hesitation♡

I had the most amazing experience volunteering at the hostel! Being my first volunteer / solo travel experience I was a bit nervous at the beginning, but after a day or so of being there I already felt settled in. the hostel itself has an amazing vibe with great communal spaces & daily events so it's super easy to meet people. All the volunteers are amazing and it is such a great way to meet people from all over the world!! Hvar is also such a beautiful place with heaps to do & also has a really fun night life :)

Volunteering at the hostel was the best volunteer experience I've had. the hostel is very social and fun and also clean. the hostel is located right in the center of town which is so convenient. My job as tour leader was so much fun. Keep in mind that the volunteer accommodation is 15 min walk from the hostel itself and that Hvar is very expensive. I had an amazing time and would definitely come back!

The hostel has my heart. I came back after a year and I feel like home here. The environment is beautiful, we felt free to always express ourselves and our needs. The work is very good and sometimes you will be able to finish earlier, which is good. You can enjoy the island and everything around because you will have a lot of time! All the team is good and they are always willing to give you a hug if you need or ask hehehe ! Recommend 100%

Being at the hostel for that time was a huge learning experience. I learned human values ​​there, I created a family and I will certainly carry it in my heart. And besides all the learning, I had time to explore the island and have fun in a paradise called Hvar. I recommend any volunteer to have this experience on this island, you will not regret it. I couldn't have a better time volunteering here. It really feel like home, Sanja and the rest of the volunteers were absolutely lovely. I leave Hvar with friends from all over the world and a new family, this place and people will always have a special place in my heart. I was the tour leader running the activities of the hostel and I have the best time ever, it never felt like a "job" since I was doing fun things during the day and then going out with the people from the hostel, who by now were all friends. So for all of you having second thoughts, go for it, you're gonna have the best time.
