Housekeeping, cleaning and DIY at home in Scopello (Sicily)!

The experience

Starting from April 12, 2023, I am looking for motivated and happy people to be our guests in Scopello - Castellammare del Golfo (Sicily).

I will be happy to be helped for no longer than 4-5 hours per day, preferably in the morning.

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

What you get

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Get free drinks or beverages.: Drink up! Get free and tasty drinks for yourself.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Beginner English

Between 18 and 50 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

- Ordinary maintenance, home repairs and management in the house where you are going to have a private room with bathroom (country house in Scopello, Castellammare del Golfo, Sicily) or shared with no more than two other volunteers.
- Some daily cleaning of rooms and common spaces in the house
- Laundry
- Gardening
- Occasional work at my sailboat! 😊😆
