The hostel was my little oasis in the chaotic city of naples. The girls from the staff are all super cool and chill to work with. the hostel is modern, which means all the facilities are neatly done and especially the rooftop and the hostel are really cool to hang out. I did the nightshift for a month and can say that the work hours are as agreed and the tasks are not to heavy. Main thing is staying awake! At the hostel you will find a welcoming environment and feel right at home after a while, im sure.

I loved my stay at the hostel! It flew by so fast! A really wonderful and unique place in the middle of busy Naples to relax and chill. All the people on the team during my stay were such nice and lovely people, Raffy and Amelia, the trio of girls and my co-volunteers. The tasks on the nightshift were easy and clear, work load sometimes depending on the extent to which other volunteers fulfill their tasks so healthy communication is advisable. I recommended this place to anyone with an adventurous mind looking to discover Naples and wanting to meet fellow travellers in a gorgeous environment.

It was my first time volunteering, and I couldn't have gone to a better place. the hostel is an incredible place, very beautiful, with an amazing staff. Almost every guest, when arrived, said it was the best hostel they've been to, and I agree completely. Great facilities, great vibes, great people. Can't thank Simona, Elisa, and Maila enough, and also Amelia, who I met only at the end of my stay, but was always very kind to me. The group of volunteers also was great, and we had a great time together. Definitely recommend this experience!

My experience in this hostel was really really great! I am extremely grateful for the opportunity of having spent a month there, because everyone, from volunteers to the girls working reception are so welcoming and fun to spend time with, I would have loved to stay longer, I'm missing everyone already :( The hostel itself is extremely beautiful and social, with a perfect location to see the whole city. The work also was very easy, especially in low season. I will 100% come back to this place, be it as a volunteer or a guest :)

The staff, guests and volunteers at the hostel made it a truly special and unforgettable experience. Staff are incredibly helpful in getting you settled in and the hostel is conveniently located to transport, shops and attractions around the city. Night shifts are three days on, three days off and is fairly chill but can feel long. The experience in my eyes would be five stars if the volunteer loft received some TLC or was its own separate space as it would make it easier to sleep after night shifts! Overall, it was a great experience. Grazie mille 🫶

The hostel from a travellers perspective was really lovely. Being to live in so much nature everyday was a gift especially being in the middle of Naples. However, the room the volunteers sleep in was a little rough. We are in the loft of a 10 person dorm so when you go to sleep after your night shift at 8am it's difficult to get a restful sleep because guest will be getting up or the cleaning staff comes in opening all the windows and making a lot of noise. Would be a much better experience if volunteers had their own room to sleep in. Other then that the shifts were super easy :)

The team at the hostel (Elisa and Cicco in particular 🫶) are super welcoming, and are a real highlight of the stay. Naples is a great city to visit, and the permanent staff are both incredibly knowledgeable about the area and it's transport intricacies and very generous with their time to help you make the most of your experience. Only downsides are the volunteer area could do with some love or relocation, and that there's no extras other than the bed itself in the exchange. The work is incredibly easy, but the schedule (9-11.30&13.30-4 x 5 days a week) could be better designed for free time!

Amelia, Elisa, simona, and Maila are all full time staff who are wonderful people. They are very welcoming and accommodating to anything you may need during your time here. You will quickly feel at home with other volunteers and I made so many great friends from around the world! The hostel itself is beautiful & in a great, safe location for exploring Napoli . That being said, you should know that while the hours you are given are respected, the work itself is a bit strict. For a volunteer, you work the same length shifts as full time staff and days can often be long and physically demanding.

For my first Worldpackers experience, it was awesome. It was a great place to relax or explore the city with lots of fun areas close by. My experience was complemented by relaxing night shifts and a comfortable loft area to stay. My only advice would be that your experience can vary based on where you end up staying and the tasks you end up doing. An experience in the tent and building bunks would've been very different. Overall, I would definitely return, everyone was lovely and very friendly.

I had a really good time here. The staff was so nice and sociable. I made some great friends and loved all the other volunteers and the hostel is really beautiful. Naples is a very fun city to spend a longer time in and you're sure to get a very authentic Italian experience in the city. Working behind the bar was easy. I think the shifts are a little long but the hours and everything were respected the whole time. I was in the tent which was okay but a little difficult because I was there during the very rainy season. Would recommend dorms for longer stays. Thanks again the hostel!
