The experience

Support with gardening tasks: watering, planting, composting, weeding, and helping things grow

Participate in beach clean-ups, trail clearing, and general is island care

What you offer

28 hours of help per week

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

What you get

1 day off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Get free drinks or beverages.: Drink up! Get free and tasty drinks for yourself.

Free Parties: Get free entrance for the best parties in town.

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.

Holistic Therapies: You can take part in any of our therapeutic activities for free.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Activities & Shift

You’ll be working mainly outdoors, surrounded by jungle, sea breeze, and the sounds of island life. You are working more independently in the resort.

Tasks can vary daily depending on weather conditions, project priorities, and your own skills or interests — from planting herbs in the garden or bungalow, to repainting a wooden sign or cleaning the beach.

We offer a flexible schedule — if you prefer to work mostly in the cooler morning hours, that’s totally fine. What matters most is your initiative, consistency, and care for the space.
